This Privacy Policy explains how iamyoyo (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit iamyoyo.shop or purchase our products. We are a US-based direct-to-consumer apparel brand.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign in, place an order, or join our list, we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details you enter during checkout.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers may log your IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and interactions.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use first-party cookies to keep your shopping bag, remember your sign-in, and measure how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser but some features may stop working.

- To authenticate you when you sign in with email or Google

We share personal information with the service providers we use to run this store:

- Neon / Vercel — data storage and application hosting
- Sanity — product content management
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, and platform.
4. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. 5. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements — typically seven years for financial records. If you delete your account we remove non-required personal data promptly.
6. Security
We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest via our infrastructure providers, and Stripe for card data (we never store card numbers ourselves). No system is perfectly secure; if you have reason to believe an interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us at hello@iamyoyo.shop.
7. Children
Our products are intended for adults and older youth accompanied by an adult purchaser. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you are visiting from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
