Shipping Policy

We ship orders from the United States. This page explains what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business daysof order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day. During drops or limited releases processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll email you if there is a delay.
Shipping methods and costs
- Standard shipping — flat rate $8, delivered by USPS or a comparable carrier, typically 3–7 business days in transit within the contiguous US.
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions or for VIP members; details will be shown at checkout when eligible.
Estimated delivery windows are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and inspections can extend transit time.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not yet available at checkout. If you need shipping somewhere else, email us — we may be able to arrange it manually.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. If you created an account you can also find tracking under My Orders.
Address changes and cancellations
Once an order is confirmed we work quickly to ship it. If you need to change the address or cancel, email hello@iamyoyo.shop as soon as possible — we can usually help within the first few hours, but once a package has a tracking number we can no longer intercept it.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, and the local carrier first. If it's still missing after 5 business days, email us and we'll work with you and the carrier on the next step.
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo and send it to hello@iamyoyo.shop within 7 days of delivery so we can send a replacement or issue a refund.
Duties and taxes
US sales tax is calculated at checkout for states where we are registered. International shipments (when available) may incur import duties collected by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.
