These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iamyoyo.shop and any purchases you make from iamyoyo (“we,” “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
We do our best to show accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may correct errors or cancel an order if a price or listing was clearly wrong; if we do, you will be refunded in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless noted otherwise. All prices exclude sales tax and shipping, which are added at checkout.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. We do not store your card number.
4. Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines, costs, and return eligibility are covered on our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy pages, which are incorporated into these Terms.
5. Accounts
You may create an account to speed up checkout and access your order history. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Scrape, resell, or otherwise misuse our content, imagery, or listings
- Impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Intellectual property
The iamyoyo name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and iamyoyo agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Delaware, or resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis where required by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version applies to any order you place after it takes effect. Material changes will be announced on this page.
